Your self care and wellness resource designed with tried and tested rituals to recharge, restore and nurture women. Yoga classes to practice in your own time, full and new moon live online ceremonies to align your live with the cosmos, 6am club to keep you motivated at the start of each month and 1:1 sessions to keep your soul happy. A space to meet yourself, reconnect and meet likeminded sisters
