Included you will find: Self Love Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Gentle Yoga Flow & Yin Yoga. I listened to my self love meditation daily for months to aid with self acceptance. Yoga Nidra has been my biggest relaxation technique, the 20 minute practice is the equivalent of 4 hours sleep. Gentle yoga / embodied movement to get out of your head and into your body. Yin yoga, my absolute favourite, long slow holds to ease stress and melt away tension from your body, mind and soul. Once both yoga classes are memorised from repetition you will be able to create your own sequence based around the key postures and have these tools for life to practice anywhere in the world.
